HighLevel Pricing 2026: $97 vs $297 vs $497—Which Plan Earns Its Keep?

THE VERDICT

HighLevel pricing is refreshingly easy to memorize and surprisingly easy to overbuy: $97, $297 or $497 per month. The trick is figuring out which capabilities actually change at each level. You do not need the $497 tier because the word “Pro” has better lighting. You need it when the business model requires SaaS mode, automated sub-account creation, markup-based rebilling or advanced API access.

One naming note before the internet starts arguing with itself: HighLevel’s main pricing page currently calls the $497 tier Agency Pro. Some HighLevel promotional and affiliate pages still use SaaS Pro. Same price neighborhood, same “build a SaaS offer” conversation—just check the current checkout page before buying.

HIGHLEVEL PRICING COMPARISON

PlanMonthlyAnnualWhat makes it different
Starter$97$970Core platform, unlimited contacts/users and up to three sub-accounts.
Unlimited$297$2,970Unlimited sub-accounts, basic API access and phone/email rebilling without markup.
Agency Pro / SaaS Pro$497$4,970SaaS Mode, automated sub-account creation, advanced API access, reporting and rebilling with markup.

STARTER: $97/MONTH

Starter is the sensible entry point for one business or a small operation that wants the HighLevel CRM, funnels, websites, calendars, forms and automation without running a client-account empire. Up to three sub-accounts gives you room to separate brands or projects without immediately jumping tiers.

UNLIMITED: $297/MONTH

Unlimited is where agency math starts making sense. You get unlimited sub-accounts plus API access and additional branding/rebilling capability. If you are managing multiple clients, the $200 jump can be cheaper than trying to stitch together separate software stacks for every account.

AGENCY PRO / SAAS PRO: $497/MONTH

The $497 tier is not just “Unlimited but shinier.” It changes the business model. SaaS Mode, automated sub-account creation and markup-based rebilling are designed for agencies that want to package software and services as a recurring offer. That is infrastructure for selling a system—not a magic recurring-revenue button.

THE “DON’T GET CUTE WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD” SECTION

Your base plan is not necessarily your final monthly bill. AI Employee plans, Phone System usage and certain premium actions can be billed separately. Before buying, list the tools you are replacing and the add-ons you actually plan to use. If the spreadsheet still looks good, proceed. If the spreadsheet starts sweating, maybe do not click Upgrade because a webinar got enthusiastic.
